Youth Employment Program 2026
Last week at OMR Group was marked by connection, the exchange of ideas and meetings between colleagues from all member companies – on occasions that were anything but routine. Gatherings like these are always worth highlighting, and the impressions of the participants were such that the entire management team, led by the President of the company, can be truly proud of their team.
We are proud to highlight a workshop held on Friday, October 24, 2025, at OMR Group’s premises, dedicated to our youngest colleagues – the youngest born in 2007, the others no later than 1999. The goal was to collectively design and develop a Youth Employment Program to be implemented in 2026, and to define the culture, work environment and ecosystem that will position OMR Group’s companies among the most desirable employers on the Serbian job market.
The workshop was also a great opportunity for young colleagues to get to know one another and channel their enthusiasm into the continued development of OMR Group, as well as their own personal and professional growth. A total of 23 colleagues attended, representing all member companies, across different roles, but sharing the same energy and ambition.
As a symbol of connection, we created a group chat for participants to keep the conversation going around the project. The next gathering is scheduled to take place at the new Savograd premises before the end of 2025.
