OMR Group opens new CHANGAN centre in Ljubljana
OMR Group has opened a new CHANGAN sales and service centre at the BTC City complex in Ljubljana, the leading business and retail destination in Slovenia, further expanding the presence of the automotive brand in the Slovenian market. The centre is operated by Crossroad SLO, a member of OMR Group and the official importer and distributor of the brand in Slovenia, and the grand opening was also marked by the announcement of a new partnership with the Handball Federation of Slovenia.
Just over six months have passed since the CHANGAN brand officially entered the Slovenian market in March of this year. During that time, importer Crossroad SLO, a member of OMR Group, worked alongside its partners to develop the sales and service network, the first models reached customers, and a comprehensive customer support system was established in parallel. The opening of the centre in Ljubljana marks a new milestone in the development of the brand in Slovenia.
“When OMR Group decided to develop CHANGAN’s presence in this part of Europe together with the brand, we knew we had an ambitious task ahead of us. Our goal is to offer customers not only modern and technologically advanced vehicles, but also a quality sales and service network and reliable support. Slovenia holds an important place in our regional plans, and the opening of the new centre in Ljubljana confirms that we are delivering on them step by step,” said Ostoja Mijailović, President of OMR Group.
The new centre brings together sales and service under one roof, giving customers a complete brand experience in a single location. The opening also marked the announcement of the partnership between the CHANGAN brand and the Handball Federation of Slovenia. On that occasion, representatives of CHANGAN and the Federation spoke about shared values and the goals of their future cooperation.
