President of the OMR Group
The founder and president of OMR Group, Ostoja Mijailović is the person responsible for the operations of all the companies within the Group. From the humble beginnings in Čačak, where he opened an auto repair shop “KUM” in 2002, Ostoja Mijailović learnt, advanced and developed his business in various segments of automotive industry. Several years after the first business steps, he founded Bavaria Motorrad (in 2006) and ten years later, this time as an experienced entrepreneur, he founded British Motors (2016). From a small initial team, the number of associates and clients was gradually increasing, and the family company expanded and transformed into an automotive group recognized by the level and quality of the services rendered. Ostoja Mijailović recognized the importance of associates in business early on and, parallel to his own development, he invested into the education of the employees, as well as in the cooperation with the leading experts in the relevant industries. In 2020, the existing companies integrated into OMR Holding, which is today a home to distinguished experts in various fields of automotive, insurance, real estate and finance industries. Also, Ostoja Mijailović is known to the general public as the President of the Basketball Club Partizan since 2017. Apart from his love for basketball, he is also dedicated to horseback riding, and has a family stud farm in the vicinity of his home town Čačak.
Petar Gavranović
Vice-President of the OMR Group
The Vice-President of the OMR Group Petar Gavranović is responsible for global initiatives and overall business development of the organization, as well as for tactical leadership at the OMR Group level.
He is the founder of AKS Fleet Solution. His skills in managing and representing the company, improving internal processes and procedures, as well as in developing relationships with the customers have paved the way for a great success of the company in the domestic market, and in 2018 AKS Fleet Solution become a franchise partner of the Alphabet BMW Group, one of the largest leasing companies in Europe.
He spent many years in high positions in Raiffeisen Leasing, and from 2010 to 2013 he was the Secretary General of ALCS (Association of Leasing Companies of Serbia).
Siniša Pratljačić
Vice-President of the OMR Group and President of the Executive Board at Globos osiguranje
Siniša Pratljačić is the President of the Executive Board at Globos osiguranje since 2020, when British Motors became the majority owner of Globos osiguranje.
During his career in insurance, he worked at DDOR as the Regional Director for Belgrade, Central and Western Serbia, Director of the Belgrade Branch, Manager for Relations with Leasing Companies and the Director of DDOR for BiH. At Euroherc osiguranje, he occupied the position of the Director for the Republic of Srpska. Furthermore, he was the President of the Supervisory Board of the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a consultant for small and medium enterprises in the field of insurance at the EDA Enterprise Development Agency, an investment advisor at British Motors and the director of Lux Invest International.
Tamara Đenić
Chief Financial Officer at OMR Group
As an expert in auditing and financial consulting, Tamara Đenić became the Financial Director at OMR Group at the beginning of 2021. She is responsible for managing financial resources within the company.
She gathered her experience in auditing, banking, insurance and leasing, as well as in financial analysis and reporting, during her long career (2007-2018) at KPMG, a global network of companies providing audit, tax and financial consulting services, and then at Deloitte Serbia where she worked as a financial services audit senior manager from 2018 to 2021.
She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and has the professional title of certified auditor and certified internal auditor according to the program of the Chamber of Authorized Auditors.
Ivan Vrančić
Managing Director of AKS Fleet Solution and Member of the Board of Directors of the OMR group
As the Managing Director of AKS Fleet Solution, Ivan Vrančić is responsible for presentation and representation of company’s interests, development and improvement of full fleet management products and the increase of sales volume.
He broadened his experience in the field of leasing, management and sales since the beginning of his career in 1998. Before coming to AKS Fleet Solution, he was a Sales manager at VB Leasing and Eurobank.
In cooperation with the other members of the AKS Fleet Solution team, he positioned the company as a leader in the field of fleet management and operational leasing services in Serbia.
Dr Mihailo Lujak
Director of the Real Estate Division and Member of the Board of Directors of the OMR group
Dr Mihailo Lujak is an award-winning architect with extensive experience in design, scientific work, and university practice. He obtained his title of an architect in the field of urbanism in 1999 at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade, and three years later he successfully defended his PhD thesis.
He has executed more than 100 major construction projects in Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Sudan, Jordan and Russia, including schools, hospitals, residential complexes, cultural institutions, hotels and sports facilities, development locations and various capital infrastructure projects in partnership with local and central government administrations and institutions.
He has over 18 years’ experience managing donor-funded local governance and urban planning programming (USAID and World Bank) in post-conflict and transition countries (Afghanistan, South Sudan, Bangladesh).
Dr Lujak is the winner of 25 professional awards in the field of urbanism and architecture, an author of more than 30 scientific publications, and a lecturer with more than 20 appearances at national and international conferences and exhibitions, including Expo '98 (Lisbon) and the Venice Biennale of Architecture (2008). He has more than 15 years of teaching experience at universities in Serbia, Slovakia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, and is one of the founders of Ekpeditio, a non-governmental organization that promotes sustainable urban development, urban planning and environmental protection through architecture in the Balkans region.
Branko Pavlović
Member of the Globos Osiguranje Executive Board
The Member of the Globos Osiguranje Executive Board, Branko Pavlović graduated in 1997 from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and specialized in actuarial services in 2009 at the Faculty of Economics, and acquired the prestigious licence for the authorised actuary issued by the National Bank of Serbia in 2008.
He was a member of the senior management team at Delta osiguranje, Delta Generali osiguranje and Generali osiguranje for more than 17 years. Furthermore, he was the President of the Board of Directors at the Health Centre Jedro in Belgrade, as well as a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Director of the Delta Generali Voluntary Pension Fund Management Company.
He is the President of the Serbian Actuarial Association, the member of the International Actuarial Association Council and an actuarial expert witness. He was the President of the Actuarial Commission of the Association of Serbian Insurers, the member of the Actuarial Commission of the National Bank of Serbia and the President of the Board for Electronic Operations at the Foreign Investors Council (FIC).
Goran Grujanić
Managing Director of MiOS Limo Service and MiOS Mobility
Goran Grujanić started his career in the automotive industry in 2002 after graduating from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade and now works as a Managing Director of MiOS Limo Service and MiOS Mobility since 2019.
Previously he occupied the position of the sales manager for Volvo commercial vehicles at Volex Truck, and from 2006 until 2008 he occupied several strategic and management positions at Raiffeisen Leasing.
Even though he is a mechanical engineer by occupation and an expert in various field of automotive industry, he is a big fan of sports, history and arts.
Snežana Stjepanović
Managing Director of Led Pay
Snežana Stjepanović has years of experience in the field of banking, finance and treasury. As the head of Led Pay, she is responsible for strategic planning and management of strategic initiatives, as well as for solving various operational issues and challenges.
As an expert in banking and treasury, management and corporate finance, she occupied leading positions at Raiffeisen Bank, Victoria Group, and later in Delhaize Serbia.
In addition to her professional focus on the development of the electronic money institution within the LED Pay company, he privately enjoys music and sports.
Dr Andrija Vujičić
Managing Director of CVS Tehnički pregledi
As part of the OMR Group’s management team, Dr Andrija Vujicic is responsible for the management and development of CVS Tehnički pregledi, the fastest growing MOT test organization in Serbia.
He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade, where he also received his master’s degree (2010) and defended his PhD thesis (2016). Before joining OMR, he held senior positions at Steiermärkische Sparkasse (2006-2007), Dunav Osiguranje (2007-2011), Dunav auto (2013-2020) and AVIS (2020-2021).
He was the first representative of the Republic of Serbia in the International Motor Vehicle Inspection Committee (CITA - Comité International de l'inspection Technique Automobile). He is a member of the International Insurance Law Association Serbia (AIDA Serbia). In 2019, he became a member of the Council of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade.
Stanko Čučković
Sales Manager for the Jaguar and Land Rover brands, British Motors
Stanko Čučković dedicated his experience in negotiation, business and strategic planning, sales, management and marketing to British Motors in 2016, where he currently occupies the position of the Sales Director for Jaguar and Land Rover brands.
An economist by occupation, Stanko Čučković started his career in the automotive industry in 1996. From 2007 until 2011, he was a sales consultant for BMW and MINI brands at Delta Motors and from 2012 until 2016 occupied the position of the Sales Manager for BMW and MINI brands at the same company.
In 2007, 2008 and 2009, he was awarded recognitions for BMW Sales Consultant of the Year.
Miloš Petrović, Ph.D.
OMR Group Automotive Brand Development Advisor and Member of the Board of Directors of the OMR group
Miloš Petrović, Ph.D., has many years of experience in the highest managerial positions in foreign and domestic automotive companies. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Belgrade, where he also received his doctoral degree. During his career, he has been the CEO of BMW for Serbia and Montenegro, the CEO for Delta Auto, on the board of Mercedes Benz Yugoslavia, deputy director at Daewoo Motors, a development manager at GM Chevrolet for Southeast Europe SEE, and the general manager at Toyota Center Belgrade.
In 2014, he was appointed state secretary at the Ministry of Economy, in charge of economic development, European integration and international cooperation, and after the founding of the Development Agency of Serbia, he became its first director. He has been a member of the Economic Development Council and chairman of the board at FIAT Chrysler Serbia. He is the president of the Management Board of the Serbian Association of Importers of Vehicles and Parts.
After a career in the automotive industry, he became part of management for expert teams in some of the largest companies in the field of investments, feasibility studies, organizational changes, strategy, corporate governance, and improving profitability: PSP Farman, Milšped, Nelt, KryoGas. He joined OMR Group in 2022 as an advisor for the development of automotive brands.
